Booking conditions
Payment takes place via the Stripe payment card solution.
By special agreement, booking and payment can be done manually, i.e. outside the calendar. Only advance payment applies to all services and products.
Terms
The client is responsible for carefully reading and understanding the current booking conditions before completing the booking. By completing the booking, the client confirms that they have read and accepted the current terms and conditions. It is the client's own responsibility to be well informed about the rules and conditions that apply to the booking.
If the time is canceled later than 24 hours before the appointed time, no refund will be made. In special cases, rebooking can take place in consultation with Zenesty Consulting AB.
The booked time expires in case of non-payment and after a 15-minute delay, unless otherwise agreed. In case of delay, no refund will be made!
Cancellation takes place in the first instance via: email to kontakt@zenesty.se and in the second instance text to +46 734-070 648.
I reserve the right to cancel and/or reschedule all appointments at short notice with the possibility of a refund or rebooking of the appointment as a result.
In the case of remote services via telephone, I call the client myself at the booked time on the client's specified telephone number via Whatsapp.
In the case of a video meeting: Zoom is currently used for video meetings and a meeting link is sent in the booking confirmation to the client.
The client is responsible for having an active and valid user on Zoom and that the settings are correctly configured (eg sound). Please check equipment and settings in advance!
Zenesty Consulting AB is not held responsible for delays in the session or other problems that arise as a result of technical problems on the part of the client or in the case of another digital solution desired by the client.
Session recording
You are welcome to record your session yourself (individual meeting), but can also have it recorded. Speak up at the start of the session.
I follow Swedish legislation, which means that at the start of the session we agree on any recording. File is sent afterwards (can take up to 3 working days) via selected transfer channel. I am not responsible for any technical problems that may arise with and around the audio file during recording or when sending to the client.
No records are kept and I apply strict confidentiality.
I do not cure any diseases and this is not a replacement for traditional medical care but can in some cases serve as a supplement to healthcare.
I do not accept people under the age of 18 without the presence of a guardian, nor people who are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
